About Us
We exist to serve the small water systems and rural communities that depend on safe, reliable water every day.
Our Story
Northwest Confluence Water Management was founded to address a real gap: small water systems across Washington State often lack access to the certified, professional operations expertise they need to stay compliant and serve their communities well.
We built this company to change that. By combining certified operator expertise with deep knowledge of Washington State DOH and EPA requirements, we give small systems and municipalities the same quality of operations management that larger utilities take for granted.
Furthermore, we understand that we must exercise careful management to avoid overextension, which can compromise the quality of oversight and operational integrity.
Our name reflects our mission — at the confluence of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and community commitment, we help Washington's water systems flow.
Every decision we make is grounded in the communities we serve. Safe water is a public trust, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Our operators hold Washington State certifications and stay current with evolving DOH and EPA requirements so your system stays compliant.
We don't wait for problems to surface. We monitor, plan, and act ahead of issues to keep your system running smoothly.
You always know what's happening with your system. We communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and keep you informed.
Certifications & Credentials
Our operators are certified by the Washington State Department of Health and maintain the credentials required to operate Group A and Group B water systems. We stay current with continuing education, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
